Adult Basics: This class is offered to any dancer who has no prior Irish dance experience or to any dancer who would like to focus on their basic technique. This class will cover drills and basic steps in soft shoe. Dancers will also begin to learn Basic movements of hard shoe. After building the skills and knowledge of steps and dances, Dancers are able to move into our  Advanced Adult Class.

Dancers who attend this class are expected to have fun! We would love to have you volunteer and assist us with any school events. We invite you to perform with the groups when we dance at community events. And some may choose to try their shot at local competition! But ultimately there is no expectation for commitment.

Advanced  Level: These adults are dancers who have previous experience and/or taken the Adult Basics Class. These dancers will learn both soft shoe in hardshoe advanced dances.  They need to be able to dance two hours for the class and be prepared for the class to move along quickly.

These adults are expected to support the school, when possible, by performing with other adults during community events. They are also expected to volunteer, when possible, with school events for example, our FEIS that we host annually.  Many of our advanced adults enjoy competing locally or even at our regional championships in November. This extended class will focus on hard shoe.
